"My passion is to create transformative environments that impact
people globally and engage the way interior environments can evoke emotions and craft individualized journeys.”

Built by Jessica Hughley-Therburg, the studio reflects over two decades of work across more than 40 million square feet of interior environments, spanning high-end residential, hospitality, and complex large-scale projects. Her career began in New York City, grounded in the rigor of single-family, luxury residential design—where detail, restraint, and craft are learned early and carried forward.

That foundation expanded into hospitality, shaped by years working alongside leading firms on projects of increasing scale, complexity, and visibility. Later, stepping outside of formal practice, Jessica entered the recruitment side of the A+D industry—gaining rare insight into how studios are built, how culture operates behind the scenes, and how talent, business development, and client relationships truly intersect.

Relocating to Miami introduced another dimension: marine and cruise hospitality. Working with established global cruise lines required both adaptability and fluency—translating design intelligence across industries while building long-term relationships with clients and consultants alike.

Having led domestic and international work, Jessica is known for creating seamless experiences—where design vision, people, and process remain aligned. Her projects have been recognized by Interior Design Magazine and The New York Times, and she was awarded the Boutique 18 Award in 2011.
